Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Strategy Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of technical strategies that ensure the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security, with experience in managing technical programs across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for building processes and coordinating release schedules, working directly with engineering teams, and developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.

About the Role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud security.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
