Job Title: Production Packer

Gap Personnel is recruiting for a Production Packer to join our team in a temporary to permanent vacancy based in Paignton, Devon.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to pack products off a high-speed machine in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regular visual quality checks are undertaken and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing products with precision and accuracy
  • Conducting regular visual quality checks to ensure product quality
  • Operating machinery safely and efficiently
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Eye for detail and ability to work accurately
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a packing capacity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable and reliable with a good attendance record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Hours and Pay:
  • Monday-Thursday 07:30am -16:30pm, Friday 07:30am - 15:00pm for training, moving onto a rotating shift (0600am – 1400pm & 1400pm – 2200pm)
  • £11.44 per hour, £17.16 per hour after 38.5 hours per week
