About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Client Relations team and driving client engagement strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong background in client relations, preferably from a corporate setting, with experience managing high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations:
    • Manage the Client Relations team to ensure seamless client interactions and maintain existing KPIs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and retention.
    • Oversee the allocation of clients to suitable lawyers and ensure consistent delivery of excellent client service.
  • Reception:
    • Supervise the reception team to provide a professional front-of-house experience.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Review and enhance the client journey to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
    • Act as a point of contact for clients and facilitate the feedback process.
    • Manage the referral programme to drive business growth.
  • Compliance:
    • Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance department to ensure all processes remain compliant and regulations are adhered to.
