As a Multiskilled Engineer with an electrical bias, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

You will work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, utilizing your mechanical, carpentry, and other relevant skills to assist with task completion.

This role offers highly flexible hours and autonomous working responsibility, allowing you to take ownership of your work and make a real impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct routine electrical systems inspections to identify hazards, defects, or repair needs.
  2. Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
  3. Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.
  4. Maintain and repair electrical systems, including motors, lighting, control systems, and wiring.
  5. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
  6. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve mechanical and technical issues.
  7. Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, or similar role.
  2. NVQ level 3 and above.
  3. 18th edition electrical (Desirable).
  4. Testing and inspection (Desirable).
  5. Competent in both single-phase and 3 phase installations.
  6. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
  7. Mechanical, carpentry, and other beneficial skills.
