Salary & Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience. As an employee of Shaw Trust, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Job Description
This is a fixed-term contract ending on March 2025.
The Cognitive Behavioural Mentor (CBM) will provide mentoring to enable young people with entrenched views about themselves and their futures make positive steps forward.
You will be based within Warwickshire, supporting the delivery of The Change Project across East London Boroughs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in cognitive mentoring or equivalent
- Experience of successfully applying cognitive behavioural approaches with young people
- Experience of developing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, including young people, employers, and members of the Spark Change team
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing mentoring to enable young people to make positive changes in their lives
- Working closely with the Spark Change team to deliver the project objectives
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
