We are looking for a motivated Children's Home Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel in Manningtree, Essex. This permanent position offers a salary of up to £25,550 per annum.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment that supports children's educational, personal, and social development. This includes maintaining regular contact with parents/carers and offering guidance and care. Additionally, the role requires developing confident and capable young people and meeting their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe and supportive environment for children's physical and emotional well-being
- Maintaining effective communication with parents/carers and other professionals
- Supporting children in achieving their full potential and meeting their individual needs
- Contributing to the overall management of the children's home
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in a children's home setting
- A passion for supporting young people and promoting their well-being
- An understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements of the residential care sector
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Residential Childcare
