We are seeking a skilled Academic Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide academic support to students, assist in lesson planning, and help maintain a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Lesson Plans: Assist teachers in developing engaging lesson plans and educational materials that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide Student Support: Offer individualized support to students in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and promote academic success.
  • Manage Classroom Logistics: Help maintain a productive and safe classroom environment by managing student behavior and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: An Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a passion for education are essential for this role.
