We are seeking skilled Mechanical Site Fitters to join our team at Carbon60 - Eng&Tech. As a Mechanical Site Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, refurbishing, and maintaining specialized equipment on client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and installing equipment according to specifications and industry standards
- Working in confined spaces and at heights, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve mechanical engineering problems and improve quality, safety, and efficiency
- Operating in close proximity to raw and treated sewage, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (achieved or working towards)
- Experience in installing, repairing, or maintaining technical or capital equipment in the waste water industry (desired)
- Full UK driving license
- Basic hand tools
