Academic English Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic English Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching English and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education.

About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging English language lessons to students aged 7-19 with Autism and associated needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
• Assist in managing and developing classes/groups of pupils, promoting high levels of engagement with staff, parents, and the wider community.

Requirements:

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and pupils.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in English language education.
