As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEND, working effectively with colleagues, and encouraging student progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1 to 1, small group, and small group support to students with SEND
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive learning environment
  • Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals
  • Adhere to the College's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children with SEND in any setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable
