Stonewater is looking for a Residential Maintenance Coordinator to cover properties in Dorset, Eastbourne, Milton Keynes/Bedford/Luton, and Swindon.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring individual properties, communal areas, and external environments meet high standards. You will also support the investigation and resolution of construction/building related defects.

  • Undertake pre and post inspection visits to ensure agreed works have been completed.
  • Support the delivery of damp, mould, and disrepair maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with colleagues in different directorates as required.

Candidates must live within a 5-mile radius of these areas and be able to travel as needed. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have proven experience supporting dampness and mould assessments in residential properties.
  • Be proficient in using tools and equipment to measure and assess moisture levels, humidity, and building conditions.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant building regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
