Job OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that Enigma Clinical Solutions adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote awareness of compliance obligations and support compliance training initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations, legislation, and industry trends to ensure compliance programs remain effective and up-to-date.
- Lead efforts to resolve compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant frameworks.
- Proven track record in developing and managing compliance programs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Competitive salary up to £32,000 DOE (depending on experience in healthcare compliance).
