About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in administration, customer service, and maintenance management to make a positive difference in the lives of our Home Owners.

You will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, providing exceptional customer service, and managing contractors and suppliers.

In this autonomous role, you will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for our Home Owners.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A successful candidate will have experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a love of working with people and a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Home Owners.

To support with the organisation of events and to effectively administer the maintenance of the site, you will need to be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including annual holiday entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, a day off on your Birthday, Life Assurance, Eye Care reimbursement, Colleague Introduction reward scheme, Professional development and qualifications, and Thorough induction and ongoing training.
