We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our fantastic team in the Bromley area. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to someone's life by providing person-centred care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support clients with their mobility and mobility-related needs
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

  • No experience is necessary as full training is given to all new Care Professionals
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Available to work alternate weekends
