About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics Acquisition team at Wise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving impactful insights across both paid and organic channels, enhancing our customer acquisition strategy, and optimising marketing spend.

Your Mission

You will be at the forefront of our marketing analytics efforts, collaborating with marketing leads to align team objectives and define OKRs. Your expertise will be leveraged to deliver actionable insights that maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing acquisition efforts, ensuring optimal return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop analysts in the team, shaping the strategic direction of marketing acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to align team objectives and define OKRs.
  • Leverage expertise to deliver actionable insights that maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct statistical analyses on paid and organic channels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify and present opportunities for optimisation to senior stakeholders, focusing on audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and other key campaign elements.
  • Conduct cross-channel analysis to assess the interaction between acquisition marketing channels and identify synergies or cannibalisation effects to influence their strategy.
  • Build data models and contribute to reporting and visualisations for both paid and organic acquisition marketing.
