About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young learners. This will involve planning and delivering engaging activities, building strong relationships with children and their families, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education. You will also need to be passionate about working with young children, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
