Care Home Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at HC One.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our care homes.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting our residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and support, helping to maintain their independence and dignity.
The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You must also be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards our residents, many of whom may have complex needs and requirements.
