About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our Anaesthetic & Recovery team at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and experiences for patients, working closely with leading consultants and like-minded professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with consultants and professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Experience a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology and facilities
- Supervise, support, and develop junior colleagues
- Deliver high-quality care and experiences for patients, clinically effective and evidence-based
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospital team to ensure continuity in patient care

Person Specification
We are looking for a registered Theatre Nurse / ODP with post-registration experience, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a flexible and motivated approach. You will have qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC, and you will be able to work collaboratively as part of the wider hospital team.
