Nightcare Supervisor

**Job Description:

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services, and we are currently seeking a Nightcare Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. They will be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality care and support to each resident.

**Key Responsibilities:*

• Supervise and support a team of Care Assistants during night shifts
• Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality care and support
