About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business performance, delivering high customer satisfaction, and leading a team of technicians and sales staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Manage and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all aspects of the business
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives and drive profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
