Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop baseline and detailed project schedules to support the delivery of complex engineering and construction programmes in compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and report on critical path analysis and assess and report on subcontractor programmes for approval by the Project Manager.
  • Utilise your expert knowledge of earned value management to support the broader project controls team to deliver accurate cost forecasts for clients.
  • Assist Project Managers in producing monthly performance reports and provide an expert assessment of contractors' tender programmes during the pre-contract phase.

Requirements:

  • Experience with P6 software.
  • Schedule planning, forecasting, and reporting expertise.
  • Construction background.
  • Familiarity with NEC 3 suite of contracts, options A, C, and E.
  • Ideal experience working in NEC 4 suite of contracts.
  • Nuclear sector experience or public sector project experience within a regulated environment (e.g., water, rail, aviation).
  • Working as part of an integrated delivery team.

Salary: Estimated £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
