Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at M&E Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects in the Life Sciences sector, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the electrical project elements, working closely with the M&E project team to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Assess and organize the electrical resources required to execute the project, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution.
  • Communication: Communicate project information to team members, including project contractual conditions, specifications, drawings, and working instructions.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate electrical project team members, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality results.
  • Client Relationship: Establish a productive working relationship with clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on electrical installation responsibilities.
  • Project Engineering: Ensure the efficient production of electrical project engineering, from design to installation, in accordance with project conditions and requirements.
  • Procurement: Manage project procurement, electrical material control, and costing policies and procedures, producing accurate and current project procurement schedules and cost reports.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ONC/HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or Building Services is ideal.
  • Experience: Working knowledge of electrical building services projects with an M&E Contractor valued at £10m plus.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to live and work in the UK with a valid driving license.
