Care Support Worker

As a Care Support Worker with Cera Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This rewarding role involves assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care that enhances the lives of our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks to meet individual needs
- Support clients with domestic tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Encourage social interaction and engagement to prevent loneliness and isolation
Requirements:
You will need to have a genuine passion for caring and supporting others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in care or a related field is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
What We Offer:
In addition to a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (increasing to £12.50 on weekends), we provide a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday pay, holiday entitlement, and a pension scheme. You will also receive free uniform, DBS/PVG checks, and access to our employee benefits platform.
Estimated Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (based on 35 hours per week).
