Role Overview

A leading Pensions Consultancy in Edinburgh seeks a seasoned actuary to focus on technical pensions and actuarial advice, with a strong client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical pensions and actuarial guidance to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and account managers
  • Contribute to the development of technical papers and new propositions

Requirements:

  • Fellow member of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries (or equivalent actuarial qualifications)
  • Strong technical pensions expertise, including investment and actuarial advice and valuations
  • Experience of DB schemes or bulk transfers and employee benefits issues
  • Highly client-focused, confident communicator, and commercially astute individual
