About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team at Tigh Bruadair in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related complex needs, ensuring their well-being, safety, and quality of life.

Job Requirements

">

As a Senior Practitioner, you will have:

">

- A full UK driving licence or 2+ years of driving experience in the UK.

">

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.

">

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

">

- Experience working with individuals with ASD and complex needs.

">
