About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide care, support, and companionship to our clients in Oxfordshire who wish to live an independent life in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care, assisting with household duties, supporting safe mobility in and outside of the home, companionship, and running general errands.
  • Supporting clients to keep in touch with their community, local knowledge of the area is a plus.
Requirements
  • Three months of previous experience caring for a loved one or paid experience as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, support worker, or personal healthcare assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A driving licence and your own transport is essential.
  • Good IT skills, as all of our systems are online, you'll spend less time writing admin and more time with your client.
  • The right to work in the UK - please note we do not provide sponsorship or accept skilled worker visas.

  • A guaranteed hours contract - depending on your availability, we'll offer you between 5 to 30 hours guaranteed per week, with early morning, evening, and/or weekend work available.
