This is a 6-week contract, ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing refurbishment projects, especially involving external render works, gutter & fascia repairs & retaining wall works.

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to high standards.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the client to ensure smooth workflow.Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).Black CSCS or Gold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).IT literate with the ability to use site management software and tools.Key Responsibilities:
