We are a leading Cheltenham-based General Insurance Broker, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our team of experts has a proven track record of success, and we are now seeking a talented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join us.

This role will involve supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts, working closely with our Account Executives to drive growth and maintain our high standards of service. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, handling client and insurer queries, managing claims, and developing knowledge of commercial products and employee benefits.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of two years' insurance experience, with a focus on customer service. A Cert CII qualification is advantageous, and strong IT skills, including SSP system experience, are a plus. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, as is strong relationship-building and communication ability.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, plus up to 10% bonus and unique share options.
