About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Tutor and Assessor to join our team at Rutledge Group. As a Health and Social Care Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals by inspiring and mentoring students in the fundamental principles and practices of health and social care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to students studying for Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans covering crucial areas such as patient care, ethical considerations, and community engagement
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and empathy essential for delivering compassionate healthcare
  • Contribute to the holistic development of individuals entering the healthcare profession
  • Deliver up to Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, with a strong passion for the industry and a commitment to seeing students succeed
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care discipline
  • 2+ years' experience working in the Health and Social Care Industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to transport
  • Achievement of A1 Assessors Award (Desirable)
  • Teaching Qualification - Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Teaching (Desirable)
