About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Principal Architect to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and support on complex architecture design and process development of solutions and system capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technology architectures for given platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design, anticipating and advising on future architecture technology changes.
- Solve complex and high-risk issues, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and configuration details.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and other relevant products.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, and data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Security and compliance expertise, including Salesforce security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and compliance with industry regulations.
What We Offer:
- National salary circa £75,000, London salary circa £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will provide up to 14%, depending on individual contributions.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a choice to buy or sell up to 5 days.
