About the Role:

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and booking engineer site visits and updating clients on any issues and/or works. Reporting to the team leader, you will:

  • Book in engineers for planned maintenance on lifts and weekly visits to sites, managing their schedules
  • Liaise regularly with clients to keep them up to date on any issues, planned works, or call outs
  • Update spreadsheets and prepare daily lift update reports for your designated area
  • Support the wider team with any additional ad-hoc duties


About You:

This role is perfect for you if you're a strong Administrator, with excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills. Upon joining the team, you will receive full training on processes and systems used within the business, so previous experience in the industry is not essential. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients.
