Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team in Kent, providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in complex community care settings.
This role is ideal for a registered nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care, who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams.
The Role:
As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee a small caseload of complex care clients, managing their care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing person-centered care plans and guidance
- Conducting staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
- Participating in the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required
- Overseeing staff inductions and competency assessments
- Carrying out disciplinary and reflective practice meetings
- Liaising with the wider care team, including MDTs, on clients' care
- Conducting competency assessments with new team members
- Collaborating with the wider care team and Registered Manager
Requirements:
- Adult-trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN
- A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
- Experience in providing community-based care, ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
