Imagine yourself at the forefront of a pioneering project, shaping the future of transportation in the UK. As a Site Manager with Regional Buildings, you'll be responsible for the successful completion of a section or works, leading by example and managing the day-to-day delivery of a construction project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the successful completion of the section or works
  • Lead by example, managing the day-to-day delivery of construction project
  • Motivate team and manage performance, undertaking training/coaching as appropriate
  • Draw up and monitor short-term delivery programmes
  • Awareness of budget, cost control and cost recovery, ensuring that expenditure is in line with the contract budget, and that resources are utilised efficiently

As a Site Manager, you'll be immersed in the buzz of activity, orchestrating seamless integration between MEP, construction, and Rail Interfaces. You'll be working across multiple sites, shaping the future of transportation in the UK.
