About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Projects Engineer who can work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our hardware platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting quality tests and benchmarking performance of our hardware platforms
  • Designing future hardware platforms for the DCIP
  • Working with our development and QA teams to resolve customer hardware issues promptly
  • Collaborating with our Cyber Support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Supporting the business by assisting our wider logistic team in the deployment of our physical server platform to our growing customer base

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate with a solid foundation in server components, networking, and troubleshooting. You'll have strong communication and organizational abilities, as well as hands-on experience in Linux, scripting, and technical project management using tools like Gitlab.

In addition, experience in programming languages such as C++, Bash, and Python would be beneficial, as would a deep understanding of quality assurance processes.

We also value expertise in Ansible for server management, Virtual Machines, ZFS, Docker/Kubernetes, and REST APIs.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, 23 days' holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service, additional day off for your birthday, private medical insurance, life insurance, salary sacrifice pension scheme, enhanced family leave, confidential Employee Assistance Program, and cycle to work scheme.
