Job Title: Program Management Office Manager
Job Summary:
WRK digital is seeking an experienced Program Management Office Manager to join our team. As a Program Management Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and improvement of the PMO capability within the Central Technology Portfolio Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of delivery-focused PMO capability
- Oversee the effective delivery of assurance, governance, quality management, risk management, supplier management, change management, and reporting
- Provide high-quality management information to all stakeholders for all programme or project progress and issues
- Identify and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of PMO
- Establish standardized PMO processes
Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience of managing Project Management Office services for a variety of concurrent medium to large-scale projects/portfolios
- Comprehensive experience in mapping processes and building tools to support PMO activities and deliver business needs
- Proven experience in working with others to effectively deliver projects, including indirect reports and third-party suppliers
- Proven experience of managing staff, liaising with senior stakeholders, and relationship building
