Job Overview

As a Duty Manager at Wickes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. About the Role

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily store activities, including staff motivation, welfare, and training. You will also be involved in recruiting, inducting, and developing colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the wider management team in implementing company procedures and policies.
* Manage daily store activities, including staff motivation and welfare.
* Recruit, induct, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Ensure all procedures are followed and maintained at a high standard.
