About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Spire Leicester Hospital on a Bank basis. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring standards are consistently maintained in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Senior Staff to manage clinical departments and provide effective leadership when required.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in a relevant department.
  • Equipment and Medical Devices Competences.
  • Ability to apply clinical reasoning skills to complex patient case mixes.
  • A professional attitude, caring disposition, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
