Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Youth Residential Care Specialist to join our team at A Wilderness Way Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of the children in our care
- To develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child
- To work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a residential care setting
- Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
