Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a modern and welcoming day centre. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people and adults with complex needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. You will be working in a spacious and modern setting, with a strong focus on providing high-quality support and care to our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting learners with complex needs, including Autism, to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives
- Providing life skills training and education to help learners develop independence and confidence
- Building strong relationships with learners, their families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support
- Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team to develop and implement individualized support plans
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Relevant care or education experience, preferably in a SEN setting
- Eligibility to work in the UK
