Job Title: Chef De Partie

We are seeking an experienced relief Chef De Partie to join our existing kitchen team in a charming pub in Chester.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including small plates, light bites, mains, puddings, and Sunday roasts, from our ever-changing seasonal menu.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for British cooking and a strong work ethic. You will be part of a close-knit team and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of ingredients and menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures
