Financial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Holden Jones Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Price file management within SAP and customer procurement platforms.
- Transactional data uploading to online procurement platforms.
- Collaboration with the Procurement and Marketing team on promotional activities.
- E-invoicing process management via EDI, including reconciliation support.
- New customer account creation in SAP, liaising with Group customers.
- Development of internal reporting.
- Reporting creation to support business decisions.
- Process improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should possess advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP B1 or procurement platforms. Excellent communication and analytical skills are also essential.
The expected annual compensation for this position is around $65,000 - $85,000.
