About the Role

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives?

We are seeking an experienced Support Professional to join our team at Advance, a national not-for-profit provider of housing and support services for people with disabilities and mental health conditions.

As a Support Professional, you will be working closely with customers who require support with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and domestic duties.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with social activities, independent skills development, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality support services.

Salary: £13.72 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) or £11.70 per hour (exclusive of holiday pay)

This is a flexible role, requiring you to work every other weekend, and we offer a competitive salary package, including paid mileage and travel time between appointments.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality support services
  • Ability to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments
  • Literate and numerate in English
  • Will to achieve the Care Certificate
