About the Role

The Store Leadership Team Member will be working with Paula and the team in our Belfast store, newly opened in August. This is an important function in the store's leadership structure, and the main objective is to coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPIs, and deliver first-class customer service. You'll do this by influencing and nurturing a professional and enjoyable store environment, encouraging a winning mentality in service and selling, all whilst championing colleague engagement and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Previous experience in a retail position, ideally with some exposure to store management
- Passion for Customer Service and proven ability to keep this at the forefront of your mind whilst delivering great sales
