Job Summary

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle. You will also update company policies and procedures in line with UK and international employment law, and manage the HR inbox. Additionally, you will assist with payroll, ensuring all data is accurate, and own internal communications from an HR perspective. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years working within HR, excellent administration and organisational skills, and a good understanding of UK and international employment law.
