Chef de Partie Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Pheasant at Buckland. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for supporting our sous chefs and head chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the development of new menu ideas and contribute to the creation of innovative dishes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your culinary skills.
