About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Lead to join our team at Advanced Accelerator Applications (Italy) - S.p.A.

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in clinical research, drug development, and project management.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of clinical strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • This individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and develop strategic plans to achieve business goals.
  • They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • They will also be skilled in data analysis, statistical modeling, and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.
Your Experience:
  • An advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should have 7 years of involvement in clinical research or drug development, spanning clinical activities in Phases I-IV.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conducting clinical trials – planning, implementing, reporting, and publishing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong scientific partnerships with key collaborators.
  • Proficient English language skills are essential.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is €160,000 - €220,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
