About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Counter Manager to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of Brow and Beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Ensure the counter is stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail or sales leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of beauty and cosmetics products and services
