Kings Camps seeks a motivated Swimming Educator to join our team as a Swim Teacher/Lifeguard. You will be responsible for teaching engaging 30-45 minute swimming sessions to children aged 5-17, focusing on water confidence and technique improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 months experience as a swim teacher, an up-to-date SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2 certification, and strong coaching abilities.
This part-time temporary contract role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro-rata) and opportunities for professional growth within the company.

  • To deliver high-quality swimming instruction for children aged 5-17.
  • To contribute to maintaining a safe aquatic environment by following proper protocols.
  • To work effectively with the Camp Manager and team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a swim teacher.
  • Up-to-date SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2 certification.
  • Strong coaching or mentoring skills.
