Job Summary
The Senior Investor Administration Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our Authorised Funds clients. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure seamless execution of investor transactions and maintain accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
- Accurately capture, execute, and settle all investor subscription, redemption, stock transfer, conversion, and switch transactions within agreed turnaround times.
- Respond to investor queries and requests effectively, delivering exceptional client service and resolving complex issues under challenging deadlines.
- Maintain accurate control, input, and monitoring of all client dealing instructions in line with operational procedures.
- On-board new funds and other fund activity events as required, ensuring timely completion within AML, KYC, and CDD procedures.
- Record Investor tax classification information accurately and ensure database accuracy and up-to-date information in line with departmental procedures.
- Process and quality check Investors Transfer instructions within agreed turnaround times and retain records of outstanding or missing transfer information.
- Dispatch contract notes within regulatory requirements, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
- Support bulk mail and operational projects, producing and administering payment processes efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- IOC Qualified or working towards this qualification, or equivalent.
- Strong planning and organisation skills, with a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
- Good keyboard skills, including MS Excel, and ability to learn systems used within the business.
- Knowledge and understanding of FCA/HMRC regulatory environment.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
