About the Role

As a Senior Legal Advisor - Employment Law at Camino Partners Ltd, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support to our clients in the UK, Europe, and Africa. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, developing efficient processes, and delivering top-notch training tailored to each region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of employment law strategies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Provide expert legal advice on employment contracts, worker agreements, and employment issues.
  • Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts for services such as permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team to ensure compliance and craft solid commercial models.
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure alignment with Camino Partners Ltd's Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).
Requirements
  • Qualified for at least 1 year with strong experience at either a law firm or an in-house legal department.
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce compliance in Europe.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts.
